Chair of Trustees, Richard Gore said:

“This is a fantastic opportunity to join Bristol Charities’ leadership team to continue our transformation and take forward ground-breaking projects to improve and enhance the lives of people in need in Bristol and the surrounding areas.”

Anne Anketell, Chief Executive Officer added:
“It’s been an honour and privilege to lead Bristol Charities throughout the last eight years. During this time, we've been on a journey of transition and incredible growth completing just over 90 new homes with another 48 in development.

“This, alongside our successful Grants Programme, has been a great achievement for Bristol Charities. Whilst I am sad to be going, I know I'm leaving the charity in the hands of an enthusiastic, committed and supportive board of trustees and a dedicated team of staff who work so hard to make a difference to the people we support.”
