Bagshaw-Birkin Trust The Bagshaw-Birkin Trust was formed in 1996 by combining funds and trusts set up by Abraham Birkin and The Bagshaw Scholarship fund. The Trust aims to assist young people between the ages of 10 and 25 who live within the boundaries of the City of Bristol and are studying at any school, college or university. Applications are normally made by parents or carers of the child and can be considered at any time. Block grants are available to schools to assist with school camps, for example. Grants can also be made for musical instruments, essential clothing and footwear, including sportswear but excluding school uniform. Please send for an application form by writing to The Secretary, Bagshaw Birkin Trust c/o Bristol Charities, 17 St.Augustines Parade, Bristol BS1 4UL. |
